At Kason Appliance, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our guidelines for refunds, exchanges, and returns below. Please carefully review this policy before making a purchase.

1. Refund and Return Guidelines

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving the product. If you notice any defects or damage, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with proof (such as photos) of the issue.
  • No Change of Mind Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product is not to your liking. Only damaged or defective products are eligible for return.
  • Return Process: If your product is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a pickup of the damaged or defective product.
  • Refunds: Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method, refunds are not applicable. If a product is returned due to damage or defect, we will arrange for an exchange of the item.

2. Warranty

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: All of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The terms and conditions of the warranty vary by product. If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please contact us within the warranty period for assistance.
  • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers defects in material or workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges Due to Defects or Damage: If your product is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.
  • Exchange Process: Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. If the exchange is approved, we will arrange for the damaged or defective product to be picked up and replaced with a new item at no additional cost to you.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. As such, there are no online transactions or pre-payments made through our website. All payments are to be made in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Since we do not process payments in advance, refunds in monetary form are not possible. In cases where a return or exchange is approved, we will either arrange an exchange or resolve the issue according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
